The Seminar was conceived within the Master in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights of the University of Bologna, directed by Prof. Luca Mezzetti.

Luca Mezzetti is full professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of Legal Studies of the University of Bologna, where he also teaches Common Law and Islamic Law.
He is director of the High School of Legal Studies and of the Master in Constitutional Justice and Human Rights of the University of Bologna.
